The k.k. Ministry of Trade has ordered for the advancement of local commerce in Vienna the introduction of special Telegraph-Correspondence-cards, specifically for forwarding by the pneumatic system within the boundaries of Vienna.
Accordingly from 1st August, as well as the 20kr letters for pneumatic forwarding, Telegraph-Correspondence-cards will also be placed on sale at 10kr; their reverse is for written communications with an unrestricted number of words. The Telegraph-Correspondence-cards can only be handed in at one of the undernoted stations of the pneumatic system in Vienna; and may only be sent to addressees in the Ist to IXth Districts of Vienna (with the exception of the Brigittenau past Wallensteinstrasse, and including the Prater up to the warehouses, the third coffeehouse, the Constantinhügel and the Sophia bridge.

The pneumatic trains run from 8am to 9pm, every 20 minutes; delivery of the Telegraph=Correspondence-cards is by Express messenger and is free. The above-listed stations shall publicise the sale by means of notices.

This List of Offices is in Bezirk then alphabetical order; so is the list in the 1880 decree on reply-paid cards (apart from the first office); but in the Founding Ordinance the list is in a peculiar order roughly corresponding to the system layout of a pipe ring with two branches.

Das k.k. Handelsministerium hat zur Förderung des Lokalverkehres in Wien die Einführung besonderer Telegraphen=Correspondenzkarten angeordnet, welche zur Beförderung mittelst der pneumatischen Anlage innerhalb der Linien Wiens bestimmt sind.
Demzufolge werden vom 1. August an, außer den zur pneumatischen Beförderung dienenden Lokalbriefen zu 20kr, auch Telegraphen=Correspondenzkarten zu 10 Kreuzer in Verschleiß gesetzt werden, deren Rückseite zu schriftlichen Mittheilungen mit unbeschränkter Wortzahl bestimmt ist. Die Telegraphen=Correspondenzkarten können nur bei einer der nachbenannten Stationen der pneumatischen Anlage in Wien aufgegeben und nur zu Mittheilungen an Adressaten im I.-IX. Bezirke von Wien (mit Ausschluß der Brigittenau, von der Wallensteinstraße ab, und mit Einschluß des Praters bis zum Lagerhause, dem dritten Kaffeehause, dem Constantinhügel und der Sophienbrücke) verwendet werden.

Die pneumatischen Züge verkehren von 8 Uhr Früh bis 9 Uhr Abends in Zeiträumen von 20 zu 20 Minuten; die Bestellung der Telegraphen=Correspondenzkarten erfolgt mit Expreßboten und unentgeldlich.
Mit dem Verschleiße derselben sind die vorgenannten, durch besondere Aufschrifttafeln kenntlich gemachten Stationen betraut.
