If you visit the Vienna Technical Museum, ascend to the top floor of the public space (the library is on the very top floor) and look behind the wall in the opposite corner to the stairs, you will see a display of postal, pneumatic, and telegraphic items. One side is shown here; the other is very difficult to photograph because of background clutter. In the pictures here, the confusing background of other exhibits, reflections, views through windows and so on have been greyed out.
