Old members, new members – are you missing out?
The APS operates a circulating packet for UK members to buy and sell Austrian stamps and postal history at a fraction of what dealers would charge. Each packet is tailor-made to meet your list of interests, and in a typical year over 20 packets are circulated (by post). A typical page is shown below, and the cover of a new packet book.
